By accessing or using magencovenantministry.com (the "Site") or participating in any program, event, teaching, or service offered by Magen Covenant Ministry ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Site.
2. About the Ministry
Magen Covenant Ministry is a global online covenant ministry devoted to biblical teaching, prayer, Torah study, Sabbath observance, discipleship, mentorship, and leadership formation. The word Magen means "Shield" — a name reflecting our conviction that God is a shield to those who trust in Him.
3. Spiritual Content Disclaimer
All content on the Site — teachings, articles, videos, prayers, and messages — is provided for spiritual edification, biblical instruction, and covenant growth. It is not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice. Always seek qualified professional counsel for such matters.
4. Prayer Requests
Prayer requests submitted through the Site are received in confidence and are lifted before God by our prayer team. We do not guarantee any specific outcome; we trust the sovereignty of God to answer according to His will and His Word. Personal details are handled in line with our Privacy Policy.
5. Partnership & Financial Giving
All gifts, seeds, and partnerships are voluntary and non-refundable. Funds sown into Magen Covenant Ministry are used to advance the work of prayer, teaching, discipleship, outreach, media, and operations. Partners agree that once a gift is submitted, no refund will be issued except in the case of a verifiable duplicate transaction, in which case a request may be submitted within seven (7) days.
6. Magen Covenant Academy
Enrollment in Magen Covenant Academy is open to learners of five (5) years and above. The current monthly fee is NGN 3,500 per month per student. Enrollment is processed through our official partner platform. All Academy fees are non-refundable once access has been granted. Course access, schedules, and instructors may change at the discretion of the ministry.
7. User Accounts
Certain features (member area, Academy dashboard, admin tools) require an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for any activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.
8. Intellectual Property
All original content on the Site — including logos, wordmarks, teachings, articles, videos, images, and downloadable materials — is the property of Magen Covenant Ministry and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You may share and reference our content with clear attribution to Magen Covenant Ministry. Reproduction, redistribution, resale, or use for commercial purposes without prior written consent is not permitted.
9. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Site to post, transmit, or promote content that is unlawful, false, defamatory, hateful, sexually explicit, blasphemous, or contrary to the biblical values of this ministry. We reserve the right to remove any content and suspend access to any account without notice at our sole discretion.
10. Live Chat & Messaging
Messages sent through the live chat, WhatsApp, contact form, or email are subject to review by ministry staff and volunteers. We do our best to respond during office hours (9 AM – 3 PM WAT). Emergency spiritual support should be directed to the emergency line published on the Contact page.
11. Third-Party Links & Services
The Site may link to third-party platforms such as Selar (for partnership and Academy enrolment), YouTube, WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or availability of those platforms. Your use of any third-party service is governed by its own terms.

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
13. Modifications
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Magen Covenant Ministry, its leaders, staff, and volunteers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or reliance on its content.
